To Join Us

  • A non-refundable deposit of $999 USD is needed immediately to hold your place as spots are extremely limited!
  • Payment in full is now required to join this wonderful retreat.

Once your payment is secured, Dr.Karen will reach out to you personally for your 30 minute 1 on 1 call to help you on your journey.

  • Your investment is all inclusive except for items listed below (What’s not included section).
  • Prices are listed per person. All rooms are with shared bath unless you upgrade to a private suite.
  • Roommate requests will be met to the best of our ability and should be noted in the registration form. Room options will fill on a first come, first serve basis. If we cannot match you with a roommate we will switch you to a single occupancy room rate, however if you sign up early you will most likely get your choice. 
  • Please complete the registration form to request your room preference.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation will result in the loss of your $999 deposit.
  • Any cancellation made between April 1, 2023 and April 20, 2023 will result in a loss of 50% of the trip price.
  • Any cancellation made between April 21, 2023 and the trip departure will result in a total loss of funds.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum (if we do so your deposit and all other trip payments to Euphoria Transformations, LLC will be refunded in full). 
  • Trip cancellation insurance is always recommended whenever making travel plans. You can use our suggested Travel Guard Insurance online and choose from several policy options.

What’s Included

  • 2 ½ days of guidance and experiential teachings, meditations, sacred ceremony, lots of sharing and love.
  •  3 nights in a luxurious lake side home (double and single occupancy).
  •  3 delicious breakfasts, 2 scrumptious buffet style lunches and 2 delicious dinners, and plenty of fresh produce and other healthy items for snacks, water, and non-alcoholic beverages.
  •  A restorative yoga session with Emilee Hall.
  •  A yoga and sound healing bath experience with Anya Fleshler.

What’s Not Included

  • Your round trip airfare and/or transportation to and from Smith Mountain Lake and the venue.
  • 1 Dinner on Saturday night at The Landing restaurant.
  • Other non-included items would include souvenir shopping, personal phone calls, massage with Emilee, private sessions with Dr. Karen Maxwell, uber/taxis, and tips (for massage therapist, wait staff at dinner, etc.).
  • Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (which is recommended).
